Seven Bays for Seven Days: refers to a stunning stretch of North Cornwall coastline, featuring seven distinct sandy beaches. Treyarnon Bay, Constantine Bay, Booby’s Bay, Mother Ivey’s Bay, Harlyn Bay and Trevone Bay. All are within walking distance, with Porthcothan Bay a short drive away. It is perfect for exploring over a week’s holiday and offers a wide range of activities including surfing, bodyboarding, paddleboarding, kayaking, rock pooling additionally coasteering. Port Isaac: a picturesque fishing village, recognisable from television, offering beautiful coastal walks.
Newquay: the surf capital, with the famous Fistral Beach attracting surfers and sunseekers.
St Merryn: the popular local village offering a large convenience store, Chinese takeaway and chip shop, as well as a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs, all just two miles from the site.
Tintagel: is associated with the legends of King Arthur and offers dramatic castle ruins and coastal paths.
Trevose Golf & Country Club: conveniently situated next to the caravan site and is ideal for keen golfers. The Club has 3 links layouts including a Championship course. Offering world class golf for every level of player a short walk from the site.
Things to do for the family.
Lappa Valley Railway: Is a 15in minimum-gauge Railway situated near Newquay. The Railway functions as tourist attraction. It runs from Benny Halt to East Wheal Rose, where there are two miniture railways.
Prideaux Palace: Is a grade I listed Elizabethan Country House in Padstow. It has been the home of the Prideaux family for over 400 years.
The Eden Project: is just over twenty miles away and is home to the world’s largest rainforest in captivity, along with over twenty acres of outdoor gardens and wild estate.
The Atlantic Highway: is a section of the A39, including the B3267 to access specific villages and beaches, running from Barnstaple to Newquay and passing very close to Harlyn. This route offers some of the most undoudtebly scenic views in North Cornwall with endless places to explore. Including Tintagel, Bude, Widemouth Bay, Boscastle, Mawgan Porth and finally Bedruthan Steps.
